Bridge of Hope Lincoln County is seeking compassionate, dependable individual to join our team as PRN (as-needed) Resident & Resource Support Specialists. This position plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

What You'll Do
As a Resident & Resource Support Specialist, you'll:
- Build positive relationships with shelter residents and resource center clients while providing encouragement and support.
- Help maintain a safe, structured environment by enforcing shelter policies fairly and consistently.
- Assist residents with daily needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
- Monitor common areas and address cleanliness and safety concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and promote respectful interactions.
- Assist with meal preparation and food service.
- Perform housekeeping duties including laundry and dishes.
- Help manage donations and complete routine facility checks.
- Safely distribute prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Work alongside our team to help residents move toward stability and independence.
Schedule
This is a PRN (as-needed) position.
We're looking for team members who can provide flexible coverage for:
- Days
- Evenings
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Vacation and call-in coverage
Ideal candidates have flexible availability and are willing to pick up shifts as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with at-risk or vulnerable populations is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Adequate hearing, vision, and communication skills.
Pay
Starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
