Position Overview:
The Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance process, including regulatory compliance, financing, leasing, and aftermarket product offerings. This role works closely with Client Advisors and Sales Managers to ensure accurate and efficient preparation of all required documentation while delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products & warranties
- Process finance & lease deals accurately & in accordance with laws & company policies
- Maintain high back end profit
- Ensure full completion of necessary paperwork in a timely & efficient manner
- Attend & complete regular training
- Remain up to date on monthly programs & incentives
- Other responsibilities as needed

Finance Manager position is full-time (Monday - Friday with one weekday off and every Saturday) and includes weekly draw + monthly commissions, 401k retirement plan, outstanding health and welfare benefits, and more.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and MVR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
