What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team focused on hospitality and performance
- Create a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Partner with district leadership to achieve business goals and improve restaurant performance
- Drive sales and profitability through effective scheduling, inventory management, and labor control
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Use business insights and financial reports to make informed decisions and improve results
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, inspires their team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people, driving results, and creating a positive restaurant culture where both team members and guests thrive.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a diverse team
- Ability to understand business performance and make data-driven decisions
