Position Overview
The Regional Sales & Education Expert (RSS) is a dynamic, field-based role designed to accelerate business growth by merging sales-driven execution with world-class education. Serving as the ultimate regional brand ambassador, you will oversee and train transversal teams across our luxury fragrance and beauty portfolio.
Your mission is to translate corporate education strategies into daily field behaviors—coaching beauty advisors on elevated selling styles, immersive brand storytelling, and modern CRM practices. By splitting your time between hands-on training, orchestrating experiential regional events, and acting as an in-house digital influencer, you will ensure our field teams deliver an unmatched, customer-centric retail experience that builds lasting client loyalty and consistently exceeds regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Training, Coaching & Business Development
- Transversal Education: Train, upskill, and mentor store teams, Beauty Advisors (BAs), and freelancers across all brands on elevated selling techniques, fragrance structures, product collections, and brand heritage.
- Continuous Learning Integration: Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and systematically reinforce those learnings in the field, converting classroom education into daily sales behaviors.
- Sales Enablement & Tool Coaching: Coach specialized roles, such as the Fragrance Concierge, on maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of samples, tester units, and other promotional field tools.
- Strategic Field Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to optimize Beauty Advisor involvement, align on key regional priorities, and tackle localized business challenges.
- CRM & Client Retention Strategy: Master each retailer's unique CRM platform, execute proactive client outreach, and coach field teams daily on data capture, client retention, and increasing repeat purchase rates.
2. Elevating Client Experiences & Eventing
- Bespoke Client Experiences: Deliver superior, high-touch luxury service on a daily basis, serving as the benchmark for regional teams in creating a welcoming, unique, and customer-centric environment.
- Masterclass & Experiential Events: Design, plan, and host regular retail events, ranging from weekly/monthly group masterclasses to highly customized, private one-on-one fragrance consultations.
- Grass-Roots & Local Outreach: Plan and execute diverse event strategies—from local grass-roots store activations to larger corporate-focused regional events—to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Bespoke Services: Demonstrate and execute exclusive brand services, ensuring all regional team members are aligned with brand standards and luxury service guidelines.
- Resolution Excellence: Professionally resolve complex client situations in-store according to brand standards and retailer guidelines, preserving brand reputation.
3. Digital Advocacy & Influence
- Regional In-House Influencer: Act as a brand advocate both offline (at the store level) and online (via social media), sharing curated content to build brand awareness, highlight product launches, and foster digital client outreach.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
