Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet all guests with friendly, prompt, and courteous service
- Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions
- Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed.
- Must have Valid TX Cosmetology and/or Barber License
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide great service
- The desire to deliver consistent quality service
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
- Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return
- Participate on making Calls to clients to ensure a great experience to all clients
- Recommend hairstyles according to customers needs
- Leave your clients wanting more!
