Duties:
- Instruct children in gymnastics classes and Ninja classes, or swim classesof various skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Teach proper techniques and various skills
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and monitoring equipment usage
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in either gymnastics, swim and coaching
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of all ages
- Knowledge of other sports
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with children
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
