About the Role
We are a professional commercial cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented Facility Care Specialists to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across assigned client sites.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in doing work correctly, value consistency and accountability, and understand that quality matters even when no one is watching.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Performing routine commercial cleaning tasks according to established standards and site checklists
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms
- Properly handling spills using approved cleaning methods and equipment
- Removing trash and maintaining clean, organized common areas
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or supply needs
- Following site-specific instructions, safety procedures, and quality expectations
Assigned duties must be completed fully during each scheduled shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Respect for client spaces, safety standards, and company procedures
- Professional attitude and willingness to accept feedback
Experience:
- No prior cleaning experience required — training provided
- 1–3 years of commercial or janitorial experience is a plus
- Floor care experience (buffing/waxing) is a plus
Physical & Logistical Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation required
- Background checks conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal law
Training & Evaluation
This position includes an initial training and evaluation period, with an opportunity for long-term placement based on performance and attendance.
