Role: Construction Project Engineer
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help deliver complex healthcare renovations and new construction projects. This role offers a mix of office and field responsibilities with excellent opportunities for career growth into Project Management.
What You'll Do
- Support project planning, coordination, and day-to-day construction activities.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and project documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, material procurement, and project tracking.
- Work alongside field teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project plans and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5+ years of construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam are a plus.
- * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
