Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and C#/.NET
- Build responsive, reusable UI components in React
- Develop and maintain APIs and back-end services using C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code on both front-end and back-end
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Collaborate with product owners and other engineers to define and ship new features
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions
- Write and maintain unit tests
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Required
- 2 to 4 years or more of professional software development experience including React and C#/.NET
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of distributed version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment
- Passion, grit, team spirit
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Preferred
- Experience with React state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Experience with Entity Framework or other ORMs
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of microservices architecture

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
