As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will advocate the growth and execution of two high-impact verticals: transit and physical access. You will lead business development, partner management, and go-to-market strategies with key ecosystem players. Whether it’s streamlining a daily commute or replacing a ring of physical keys, your work will directly shape how millions of users interact with the world around them.
This will be a changing role requiring: experience scaling high-frequency everyday use cases and digital credentialing, the flexibility to try solutions, adapt, and quickly course-correct, working across multiple product areas, fluency with contract negotiations, and representing Google with C-level executives across partner organizations. This position demands thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, people skills, independent execution, and an understanding of the Android and Wallet ecosystems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
