We’re seeking an organized Office Manager to support our healthcare practice’s daily operations. This role ensures smooth patient flow, manages staff and provider schedules, handles administrative tasks, and acts as a key contact for providers, patients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations for an efficient work environment.

Optimize patient flow using EMR systems for timely appointments.

Manage staff schedules in Kronos and provider schedules in SCI, NextGen, SCM, and Syngo.

Perform clerical tasks like processing invoices and provider correspondence.

Troubleshoot technical issues with MIS and onboard new staff.

Handle call center emails, referral app portal, and prior authorizations.

Supervise PSRs, Secretaries, LPNs, and Medical Assistants; assist with hiring and performance reviews.

Conduct chart audits to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.

3+ years in healthcare or equivalent education/experience.

Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional.

Second language preferred.
