Electrician Technician
Summary: This position is responsible for the daily electrical repairs of all facility equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, pneumatic/hydraulic tools, wastewater systems, boilers, and ancillary equipment. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
· Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fiber-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
· Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
· Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors
· Maintain, repair, test, and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic, electrical control systems
· Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices
· Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
· Locates problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.

Minimum Job Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Must have mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical systems, both control, and industrial wiring.
· Must be proficient in one or more of the following areas: Management/Supervision, Electrical Knowledge of hop Machinery, Sheet metal, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Controls & instrumentation, Automatic Equipment Operation (setup, repair, and tear down).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associates degree or Technical Trade school certification or higher.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
