At the corporate headquarters in Rockville, MD we are currently seeking to add to the team a Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, website content, SEO, and lead generation
- Run social media (primarily LinkedIn & YouTube) and content marketing
- Maintain and improve the company website (content, visuals, UX)
- Create marketing material: brochures, datasheets, presentations, videos, webinars
- Develop sales tools (PowerPoint decks, sales scripts, demos)
- Explain highly technical products in plain, customer-friendly language
- Manage trade shows, events, and customer marketing activities
- Write newsletters, articles, press releases, and customer communications
- Use CRM and marketing analytics tools to track performance and ROI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (industrial, technical, or engineering products preferred)
- Graphic design experience (Adobe, Canva, or similar)
- Experience managing Google Ads and digital campaigns
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for technical audiences
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing measurement tools
