Broadway T-Shirt Company is a fun, fast-paced retail store located at the popular Broadway at the Beach shopping center in Myrtle Beach. We offer a wide variety of apparel and gifts including t-shirts, sweatshirts, funny graphic tees, kids’ shirts, Life is Good®, Simply Southern®, and more.
We are currently hiring both Sales Associates and Key Holders for the summer season and beyond!
Pay: $10.00–$14.00 per hour
(Pay based on position, verifiable experience, and work history)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
(For Key Holder positions, night and weekend availability is required)
Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

Process and stock incoming merchandise

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Support daily store operations as needed
Key Holder Responsibilities Include:
- All Sales Associate responsibilities
-
Opening and closing the store

Supervising and supporting sales associates during shifts

Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and overall store performance
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old

Strong work ethic and reliability

Friendly, outgoing personality

Team-oriented mindset

Previous retail or customer service experience is required for Key Holders

High school and college students are welcome to apply
