Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, social/pragmatic communication, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support therapy goals at home, school, and in the community.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to assigned SLPAs.
- Educate and support parents/caregivers on strategies to encourage communication development.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
