Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves monitoring clinic premises, enforcing security policies, and responding to emergencies to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
Essential Functions
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monitor and patrol clinic grounds, including entrances, exits, parking lots, and interior spaces.

Greet and assist visitors, providing directions and answering questions as needed.

Enforce clinic policies and procedures regarding safety and security.

Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, including medical emergencies and fire incidents.

Conduct regular security checks of facilities, equipment, and property.

Document incidents and prepare reports on security-related activities.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Assist in the evacuation of patients and staff in emergency situations.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner; and perform all other related duties as assigned.

Be flexible in schedule of hours worked.

May require use of personal vehicle
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role.

Valid Security Guard Card.

Valid driver's license.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
