Pay Rate: $16.25/hour
- Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM– 5:00 PM

As a Lead Rest Area Worker, you will play a key role in daily operations by:

Maintaining restrooms, buildings, and surrounding grounds

Restocking restroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels)

Ensuring public spaces are clean, safe, and inviting

Assisting travelers with professionalism and courtesy

Reporting maintenance or repair needs promptly

Communicating effectively with your supervisor and team

Participating in team meetings and special projects

High School Diploma or GED
-
Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or in a team

Friendly, dependable attitude with a willingness to help

Organizational skills and basic computer knowledge

Experience working with individuals with disabilities (a plus!)

Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
