- Promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue through additional services such as beverage packages or special menu options
- Contribute to marketing efforts by helping organize promotional campaigns and event marketing initiatives
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage contracts and budgets associated with catering events, ensuring all details are accurately documented and adhered to

- Knowledge of marketing strategies, especially in event marketing and promotion
- Proven ability in upselling catering services and enhancing client experience
- Experience in event planning, including logistics coordination and vendor management
