Aloha Aina Landscaping is a locally owned, award-winning company committed to sustainable landscaping practices and Hawaiian values. Based in Pearl City with two farms and a thriving nursery, we are seeking motivated, hard-working Maintenance Laborers to join our growing ʻohana.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping, grounds maintenance, landscape construction, and sprinkler installation.
- Mow, trim, weed, and prune trees, shrubs, and plants
- Maintain farm areas and nursery plant care
- Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Support sustainable landscaping and farming practices
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
