Gromel Distribution Inc. is actively hiring Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) Drivers for immediate openings in the Pittston/Scranton area. We are looking for dependable drivers who want steady work using their own vehicle.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from the FedEx Ground terminal
- Deliver packages using your own vehicle
- Scan and complete deliveries using a smartphone
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned routes
- Complete approximately 100–150 stops per day
- Provide excellent customer service
Vehicle Requirements
Your vehicle must be:
- 2015 model year or newer
- SUV
- Minivan
- Station Wagon
- Covered-Bed Pickup Truck
Vehicle must be reliable and capable of safely transporting packages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and move packages throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Schedule
- 4–5 days per week
- Start time between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Typical shifts are 6–8 hours depending on route volume
