Second Shift Warehouse Manager

Sunday–Thursday
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Two consecutive days off weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nightly warehouse operations including order picking and truck loading
- Drive performance through metrics, labor planning, and accountability standards
- Manage labor hours, overtime control, and productivity benchmarks
- Oversee proper picking processes including label management, slotting, and shift flow
- Ensure FIFO compliance and strict adherence to cold chain protocols (frozen, refrigerated, dry)
- Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient truck loading processes
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions as needed
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse leadership experience, preferably in food distribution or multi-temperature environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse metrics, labor efficiency, and operational flow
- Experience managing small teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
- Knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain handling
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
