Member Service Specialist (Banking Experience Required) - Citrus Park Location
- To assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs directly and through other Member Service Representatives; provides expertise concerning more complex Credit Union services such as IRAs, certificates of deposit, electronic funds transfer, home banking, etc.; explains services, sets up new accounts, lending activities, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people.
- Responsible for cross selling all credit union products and services to achieve corporate goals.
- Assists members with opening and closing accounts, takes and closes loans, answers questions about products and services, and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.
- Assists other Member Service Reps with technical problems and questions relating to complicated products and regulations.
- Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
- Coaches and mentors other Member Service Reps in their daily duties.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.
