Financial Analysis Manager

Salary: $111,000 - $172,000 annually
We're seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in Dover, DE. This is an onsite leadership opportunity for a finance professional with extensive healthcare finance experience and hands-on expertise with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting.
Please Note: Candidates must have STRATA Jazz experience, healthcare forecasting experience, and a strong healthcare finance background to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cost accounting and service line profitability analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses using STRATA Jazz.
- Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance.
- Support audits, cost reports, GME reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Train leaders on financial reporting tools and productivity resources.
- Supervise and mentor financial analysts and decision support staff.
- Assist with software implementations and strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare finance experience.
- Hands-on experience with STRATA Jazz is required.
- Healthcare forecasting experience is required.
- Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, decision support, and financial analysis.
- Advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Financial or healthcare certifications.
- Experience with healthcare reimbursement, physician compensation models, bundled payments, and contracting.
