Postion Overview:
We’re hiring motivated, customer focused Retail Team Members to assist customers and drive sales. This entry level role includes on the job training and clear advancement opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products and services,
- Promote current promotions and services to help drive sales.
- Accurately process transactions.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on promotions.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented, motivated by goals and results.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
