Legacy Innovations is hiring a full-time AT&T Associate in Bismarck, ND. This is an on-site, customer-facing role ideal for motivated, outgoing individuals who are interested in building experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, wireless services, brand representation, account support, and business development.
As an AT&T Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their wireless, internet, entertainment, and smart home service needs while recommending AT&T products and solutions that best fit their lifestyle, budget, or business goals. What You’ll Do
As an AT&T Associate, you will:

- Stay up to date on AT&T products, service updates, promotions, and customer offerings.
- Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Work with team members to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Help create a positive customer experience that supports customer satisfaction, customer acquisition, and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Successful candidates for the AT&T Associate role should have:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to our Bismarck, ND office.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
