Building Maintenance
Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Cleans the service and customer areas.
- Mops and cleans service waiting area, offices, technicians' locker room and lunch room, halls, and shop bathroom.
- Removes all debris from lot.
- Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
- Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
- Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Cleans oil storage tanks according to procedures.
- Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- This position will report directly to the General Manager.
