I’m a Creative Consultant who works with local businesses to elevate their presence through social media, content creation, photography, visual storytelling, and customer experience. Depending on the client, this can include everything from social media strategy and content planning to website updates, marketing materials, events, and in-store branding.
As my business grows, I’m looking for a dependable and highly organized assistant to help support both the creative and administrative side of operations.
This is a flexible position that combines remote work with occasional in-person support. Some weeks may be primarily administrative, while others may involve helping with content organization, client projects, content shoots, events, or other business-related tasks.
Most of my clients are local businesses in the wellness, and lifestyle space. You’ll occasionally attend events, content shoots, or client visits, so this role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being around people, has positive energy, and likes working in creative environments.
This isn’t a traditional office job. Every week looks a little different, and I’m looking for someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is excited to help support a growing creative business.
There is room to grow as the business grows. We also work with many clients with a strong networking system.
Responsibilities
- Organizing projects, files, and client information
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Sending invoices and tracking payments
- Assisting with email communication and follow-up
- Scheduling social media content
- Pulling basic analytics and reports
- Supporting content planning and organization
- Researching ideas, vendors, locations, or opportunities
- Editing simple social media videos and reels
- General business and administrative support

- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Able to edit simple videos for social media
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Strong written communication skills
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Excited to grow alongside a creative business
- Open-minded, energetic, and enjoys working with people
No formal experience required. Organization, reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn are more important than a specific background.
