Garden State Concepts is hiring an Entry Level Mobile Sales Associate to represent Verizon throughout the Wayne, NJ area. In this entry level role, you'll work directly with customers to introduce Verizon's wireless services, smartphones, and connectivity solutions, including Verizon Fios Internet, home Wi-Fi, and connected home technology.
You'll develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and communication while learning how to understand customer needs and recommend the right Verizon solutions. What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to discuss Verizon internet, wireless, and connectivity needs.
- Educate customers on Fios Internet, mobile plans, smartphones, home Wi-Fi, and Verizon technology solutions.
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs and lifestyle.
- Assist with account enrollments, upgrades, and service activations.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and technology.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and participate in ongoing coaching.
