Nightlife Security Staff Needed – relevant experience as a bouncer or working at a bar/entertainment venue must be on your resume in order to be considered.
We are expanding our bar client base and are looking for experienced bar security officers to join our team.
These are UNARMED positions located in the downtown/midtown Sacramento area.
Valid California Guard Card Required with 40 hours and annual recertification. Due to post orders officers must be 25 years of age or older. At least one year of recent bar security or similar required
Candidates must be able to:
o Work weekend nights
o Stand/Walk for a full 8 hours shift
o Provide exemplary customer service including crowd control and de-escalation of potentially challenging people and situations
o Work in all local weather conditions including heat and rain
o Follow project specific instructions based on client needs and preferences
o Be able to work as part of a team
o Represent our company appropriately and legally at all times while in uniform
Necessary Skills:
o The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing using the English language
o Comfort using technology and mobile aps for timekeeping, report writing and other tasks
o Maintain a clean and professional appearance while in uniform (tasteful tattoos are OK)
o Have a reliable means of transportation
o Be punctual with good attendance
o Regularly check team chat app to ensure team updates, shift requests, etc are reviewed
