We are currently looking for a Dietary Supervisor to join our team in our brand-new facility in Amelia, Ohio!

Job Duties include:
- Supplies planned diets and menus for review by the Dietitian and follows recommendations
accordingly.
- Implement diets and menus approved by the Dietitian Purchase or requisition food and supplies.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, preparation and serving of food to all parties within the
facility.
- Assumes responsibility to maintain an enhanced dining experience for all residents within
assigned facility(s).
- Assume responsibility for compliance with serving palatable and flavorful food at the
appropriate temperatures per established guidelines.
- In conjunction with Dietitian, interview residents and determine specific dietary needs and
preferences.
- Maintain records of residents’ profiles, meal census, menus, diet cardex, diet roster, diets
served and purchase records.
- Manage and participate in employee selection, evaluation and termination.
- Ensure all communication of pertinent information to dietary employees is completed in an
organized and timely fashion.
- Plan and conduct in-service training programs as needed.
- Implement and adhere to dietary policies and procedures
- Maintain food, supply and labor costs within the dietary budget.
- Assume responsibility for compliance with all sanitation, food safety and infection control
requirements for the facility.
- Observe infection control procedures.
- Follow Residents’ Rights policies at all times.
- Adhere to all facility policies & procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all responsible
parties and carry out disciplinary action for non-compliance as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to the Corporate Integrity Program and the Performance Expectations at all
times.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Administrator and/or person of authority.
