Lakeway Lube & Auto Care is a quick lube and small auto repair business in Gillette, WY. Our goal is to grow our business while building trust and long-term relationships with our customers.

This position is for a reliable, hardworking, integrity driven individual, with the desire to work within a team to deliver high quality preventative maintenance to our customers.
We are looking for a good attitude and willingness to learn and be a part of a team over job experience.
Candidate will be expected to show up ready to work, follow standard procedures associated with servicing vehicles, along with various other tasks required for day-to-day business. Basic computer skills will be needed to operate our Point-of-Sale system.
Job Duties are as follow:
- Draining the oil from a vehicle and replacing it to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect fluid levels, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid and top off as needed.
- Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications.
- Installing new car parts, such as air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, cabin air filters, windshield wipers and batteries.
- Perform tire rotations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate with customers about services that are being performed, as well as recommended maintenance items.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of our work and employee areas on a daily basis.
The candidate must be dependable and honest, as well as show respect and dedication to our team and customers. Our business has an emphasis on high quality work over speed or upsells, candidate must be ready to take on a quality assurance mind set.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
