Looking for an experienced Leasing Agent for our friendly community located in Clear Lake.
Creekside Villas at Clear Lake is a 201-unit apartment community in Houston, Texas.
We need someone who can...
- Act as a liaison between residents and owners.
- Meet with prospective residents to show community, explain terms of occupancy, provide information, and lease apartments.
- Create leases for new move ins as well as renewals.
- Follow up with prospects inquiring about renting an apartment.
- Help to resolve the concerns of existing residents.
- Be detail oriented with time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and manage property-marketing plan for resident relations and advertising to maintain community occupancy.
- Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves problems following management rules and regulations.
- Perform other similar tasks as needed involved in the operation and management of an apartment community.
Primary requirements:
- Bilingual
- Leasing Experience
- ResMan Experience (Preferred)
