Position Overview:
We’re looking for friendly, style-loving Sales Associates to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for fashion and gifting, and thrives in a warm, team-oriented boutique environment. We are looking for full time help!
Duties
- Welcome each customer with genuine Southern hospitality
- Help customers find the perfect outfit or thoughtful gift
- Offer styling suggestions and product recommendations
- Process purchases accurately using our POS system
- Keep the store looking beautiful through merchandising and restocking
- Stay up to date on new arrivals, best sellers, and seasonal trends
- Work alongside a supportive team to create a positive shopping experience
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality and love for people
- Interest in fashion, accessories, and unique gifts
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
