Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our hotel rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine space by performing a variety of cleaning duties, and ensuring all surfaces and floors are spotless. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic setting. Must work weekends, shift start time is 9am and end time around 3pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure a healthy environment.
- Clean floors using various methods including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and techniques to keep surfaces immaculate.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used correctly and stored properly.
- Communicate effectively with management to understand specific needs, provide updates on cleaning progress, and address any special requests or concerns.
