You will lead the people function from end-to-end by providing expertise and guidance in all areas of culture, talent acquisition, people operations, total rewards, employee coaching, development and experience, and organizational design. Oversee strategic leadership for HR evolution and professionalism within a rapidly growing company operating across multiple states. Collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership to forge company key initiatives developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the business objectives.
Beyond the technical responsibilities of the role, you are a visible, empathetic leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and helping an organization grow. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to implement meaningful initiatives. Ideally, you bring experience from a larger organization and are ready to apply those best practices within a smaller, high-growth firm.
