PART-TIME INSIDE SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Schedule: 8–12 hours per week, flexible schedule with designated calling hours
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus performance-based commission and milestone bonuses
ABOUT APA 99 GLOBAL LLC
APA 99 GLOBAL LLC is a Houston-based importer and distributor of commercial packaging products. Our current product line includes 45-gallon, 2.0-mil commercial trash liners for businesses, facilities, restaurants, warehouses, property managers, and janitorial companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact assigned B2B prospects by phone and email.
- Identify purchasing managers and business decision-makers.
- Qualify customer needs, including bag size, thickness, monthly volume, delivery requirements, and expected purchase date.
- Follow approved sales scripts, product information, pricing, and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain complete and accurate prospect and customer records in the company CRM.
- Prepare quote requests and document the next action for every prospect.
- Submit a weekly sales activity report to the CEO.
- Research additional qualified B2B prospects after completing the assigned lead list.
The employee may not independently approve price exceptions, customer credit, contracts, returns, freight concessions, or inventory releases. These decisions require written approval from the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong professional written and spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating with businesses by phone and email.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and CRM systems.
- Inside sales, customer service, or B2B outreach experience is preferred.
- Vietnamese language skills are a plus because the position may include outreach to Vietnamese-speaking business customers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Texas.
