Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize daily retail operations to meet customer demands and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive repair retail industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retaining a loyal customer base.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work on a varied schedule as needed.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
