Job Summary
Tampa Bay Delivery, LLC is hiring Full-Time Drivers to deliver Amazon packages from our operation in Land O' Lakes, FL. Applicants must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Personal accountability is a key component, as you will be working alone to complete routes in an accurate and efficient manner.

- Approximate Hours are 9:25am-7:25pm

- All delivery routes are engineered to be completed in 10 hours or less
- Remote classroom training, as well as driver simulation training, will be required before drivers can progress to delivering packages
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Manually lift, load, and unload packages and boxes (up to 50 lbs,)
- Read and navigate by GPS and follow delivery instructions
- Maintain a timely schedule and complete all deliveries as planned
- While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including rain and heat.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Enjoy driving and be passionate about customer service
- Be able to get in and out of a van quickly (with often more than 160 stops per day) and climb up and downstairs
- Preferred: minimum six months of verifiable experience in a similar vehicle within the last five years - High-top cargo vans, such as a Mercedes Sprinter 2500 or Ford Transit 250, are the vehicles to compare your driving experience with
- Preferred: Six months of similar experience in parcel delivery
- Pledge to make safety a daily priority
