Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their print requirements and providing expert guidance on available options.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of print jobs
- Oversee prepress processes such as color management, typography adjustments, and layout setup to guarantee high-quality output.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to assist with graphic design modifications and prepare files for printing.
- Monitor quality control throughout the production cycle, inspecting finished products for color accuracy, finishing details, and overall craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with clients on print advertising projects to meet their specifications while adhering to production timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of job specifications, production steps, and quality checks for accountability and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in print production environments / finishing and bindery
- Strong background in prepress activities including color management, layout design, typography, and file preparation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Some experience with graphic design principles applicable to commercial printing and signage projects.
- Hands-on experience operating digital presses and cutting equipment
- Knowledge of quality control standards specific to print advertising and custom manufacturing products.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
