Customer Service Representative / Office Coordinator

We're a locally owned residential glass company specializing in custom shower enclosures, auto glass replacement, and insulated glass (window) replacement. We take pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and keeping a busy office organized.
As a small business, every member of our team plays an important role. This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same task every hour of every day. If you like variety, solving problems, and working with a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate installer calendars
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Order glass and materials from suppliers
- Communicate with customers about scheduling and job status
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate job records
- Support the owner and installation team with daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
Experience in the glass industry is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
