Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Supervisor) for a local Hybrid/Remote position. This role is essential to our clinical operations, providing leadership and hands-on supervision to ensure the highest quality of care. We are specifically looking for a dedicated professional to support our growing caseload in the Woodbridge, Virginia area.
Type: Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10-12 Qualified/Registered Behavioral Technicians, Lead Techs, and BCaBAs.
- Caseload Management: Oversee approximately 10 active clients, providing consistent weekly supervision to meet clinical and family needs.
- Program Excellence: Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized, evidence-based ABA programs that align with best practices and quality assurance standards.
- In-Person Engagement: Provide in-person services 3 days per week to support our clients and staff locally.
- Operational Performance: Maintain a minimum of 30 weekly billable hours, ensuring efficient scheduling and data management.
- Treatment Programs: Encourage and facilitate participation as appropriate in VTCC clinical programs: Early Learners, Social Skills, Intensive Feeding, Caregiver Safety-Care
- Professionalism: Model positive, responsive, and ethical interactions with all staff and clients.
Requirements:
- MUST be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), registered in Virginia and licensed to practice in Virginia ( to be documented in the resume )
- At least one (1) year experience managing/supervising direct clinical staff.
- At least one (1) year experience working as an outreach consultant/in-home direct clinical staff in the autism and/or developmental disability field, preferred.
