As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and accurately record quantities.

Organize and store products, materials, and equipment in designated areas.

Pick and pack orders based on provided lists and ensure accurate item selection and quantity.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.

Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.

Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging materials for outgoing orders.

Maintain a neat and organized warehouse by arranging products and materials efficiently.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and warehouse operations.

Assist in maintaining equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Keep records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments.

Support the implementation of process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred, but not required.

Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Ability to lift heavy objects(up to 75lb), stand, bend, and move for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs
