On-Site Staffing Coordinator (Bilingual)
About the Role
R&T Staffing is seeking a highly organized and people-focused On-Site Staffing Coordinator to support one of our warehouse clients in New Albany, OH. This position plays a key role in managing daily workforce operations and serving as the primary point of contact for both associates and client leadership.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on professional with prior on-site staffing experience who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on-site liaison between R&T Staffing, client leadership, and warehouse associates
- Oversee daily workforce operations including check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling
- Manage call-offs, no-shows, and last-minute coverage to ensure full shift staffing
- Maintain regular communication with associates and leadership to support smooth operations
- Coordinate transportation logistics and track daily ridership (if applicable)
- Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and workplace matters in a professional manner
- Monitor associate performance and ensure compliance with workplace policies
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation efforts as needed
- Maintain a strong presence on the warehouse floor to engage with employees and identify issues early
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly staffing and attendance reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of on-site staffing or workforce coordination experience (required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Typical shift: 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM
- 1–2 hours required on Sundays to prepare for Monday operations
Work Environment
- On-site role in a warehouse setting
- Must be comfortable being on your feet and actively engaging with employees throughout the shift
