Sales Support Specialist

Overview:
C. A. House Music is looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our sales support team. If you enjoy music and like working with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a company that has been helping customers discover their love of music for generations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the band department with questions and instrument rentals
- Support product specialists during the sales process
- Write and process band rental contracts
- Operate the cash register for purchases and rentals
- Help with inventory tasks, such as organizing and restocking
- Contribute to keeping the store clean and welcoming
- Take on other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of band instruments is required
- Strong knowledge of at least one band instrument is preferred
- Familiarity with guitars, keyboards, or percussion is a plus
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person and by phone
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and also handle tasks independently
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay flexible in a busy store environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift or move items
- Willing to work some mornings, evenings, and weekends. Store hours are: Monday 10am-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
