Schedule: Evenings (Monday–Friday & weekends)
We are hiring part-time custodians to clean public buildings in Columbus, GA.
Background check and fingerprinting required.
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time.
What You Will Clean

Offices, hallways, Restrooms, Break rooms, Conference rooms, and other common areas
Daily Duties

Cleaning Floors
-
Sweep and mop
-
Vacuum carpets
-
Clean entryways and stairs
-
Restrooms
-
Clean toilets, sinks, and floors

Restock soap and paper supplies
-
Empty trash & take to disposal area
-
Dust furniture and surfaces
- Clean mirrors, doors, and windows

Clean breakrooms, sinks, water fountains

Keep supply closet clean and well organized, follow restocking procedures

Be careful and aware of personal items – cleaning around personal items when necessary

Lock up procedures – checking entry/exits, turning off all lights
Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, and bend during shift

Lift 25–40 lbs
-
Do repeated tasks (mopping, vacuuming)
-
Be on your feet for several hours
