Randy’s Transmissions is looking for a highly organized, motivated Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations at our West Valley City, Utah location.
This role is critical to keeping inventory accurate, shipments moving efficiently, and operations running smoothly in a fast-paced performance automotive environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works with urgency, and understands the importance of organization, accountability, and efficiency.
We specialize in high-performance and heavy-duty diesel transmissions, torque converters, valve bodies, and aftermarket performance products shipped nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
- Manage warehouse organization and inventory flow
- Verify incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy or damage
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and customers
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse locations
- Work closely with sales and production teams to prioritize shipments
- Improve warehouse systems, organization, and operational efficiency
- Create and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse operations
- Develop structure, accountability, and repeatable processes within the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and professional standards are maintained
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
