At least two years of experience in direct sales or field-based consulting.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for site visits.

Must have reliable transportation, a smartphone and a computer.

Excellent verbal communication skills for clear client interaction.

Proficiency in measuring tools and basic math for accurate project estimating.

Prior experience in construction or exterior home improvement projects.

Visit customer sites throughout Silver Spring to assess project requirements and site conditions.

Draft clear, accurate project estimates and present them to homeowners.

Guide clients through material choices, focusing on durability and style options that meet their vision.

Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that what we promise in the sale is what we deliver on-site.
