Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Enrollment:
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and presenting Verizon products and services effectively to customers in person.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the Verizon Customer Enrollment team.
- Actively engage with the community and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and high-performance sales environment.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences to help improve the overall sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For in an Verizon Customer Enrollment:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, brand management, or other roles involving direct interaction with people is a plus, but we will train the right candidates
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a competitive spirit, and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers
- A keen focus on accuracy and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer and client satisfaction
