Nursing Supervisor-$1,500 sign-on bonus at 6 months or 500 hours!!!
The Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire an RN Supervisor-PRN. This position will allow plenty of flexibility!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care- Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to protocols- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care programs- Supervise medication administration and treatments- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures- Conduct regular patient assessments and address any concerns promptly- Provide training to nursing staff on medical procedures and best practices
- Communicate with families and medical practitioners
- Communicate with local referral sources
- Attend committee meetings as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- - Valid Pennsylvania nursing license (RN) in good standing- Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role preferred- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care systems- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- NO ON-CALL IS REQUIRED, BUT OFFERED IF DESIRED
