Post Closing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a Post Closing Specialist to support the mortgage operations team by reviewing closed loan files and preparing them for recording and final processing. This role focuses on ensuring loan documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for the next stage in the pipeline.
The ideal candidate has some experience working with mortgage or title documents and understands the basic post closing process.
Key Responsibilities
Review closed loan packages to confirm required documents are included
Identify missing or incorrect documentation and coordinate corrections
Prepare loan files for recording and post closing processing
Track files through the post closing pipeline and maintain accurate records
Work with internal teams to resolve file issues quickly
Ensure documents are scanned, indexed, and stored properly
Maintain organized records of all completed loan files
Required Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in mortgage, recording, or post closing operations
Basic understanding of mortgage loan documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to review files for accuracy
Ability to manage multiple files at different stages of the process
Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
